Our apiaries are located in a diverse range of settings so our bees enjoy foraging in a variety of surrounding including orchards, woodlands, gardens and wild flower meadows. These environments create a variety of delicious tastes in our honey.

We believe in supporting like-minded local businesses. We work together by linking up with local growers like the lavender fields to make lavender honey, producers, craft businesses, preserve makers who make honey mustard & honey marmalade, bees wax food wrap makers who use our wax, to local artists who produce bee-autiful cards & gifts… We are all about working together with communties putting the enviroment always top of mind.

We love getting testimonials but this is our all time favourite

“I love your Honey, it is the best in the galaxy. Thanks very much, love From Miles”

Facts about Honey

Did you know that honey is the third most faked food product in the world. At least a third of imported honey is from China and even more comes via third party countries and this is proven to be almost universally processed and adulterated. It has often been produced from bee factories where the bees just feed on glucose syrup.

Raw honey, on the other hand, hasn’t been pasteurised, heated or processed. Raw honey is largely a mix of glucose and fructose sugars which crystallise around the pollen grains that remain in the honey, sealing in the natural flavours. The runny honey we see in supermarkets only stays that way because it has been filtered and heat treated. Crystallised raw honey can be melted and it will retain it’s liquid status for a couple of months at room temperature!
